This course is suitable for anyone seeking to extend their knowledge of Microsoft Project's potential to assist in the management of resources and costs and in the tracking of live projects.
It also extends work on tasks and their representation in complicated projects.
This course takes one day on-site, normally between 9:30am and 4:30pm.
Experience in the application of Microsoft Project to straightforward projects, with the knowledge of the features of Project you would gain from completion of our Microsoft Project Introduction training course.
Experience of project management is not essential. However, if delegates are experienced then we up the pace and depth of coverage of the course accordingly.

Calendars Resource calendars; project calendars; interrelationships between calendars.
Project Tracking Updating; monitoring; progress.
Reports Project, task, resource and financial reports.
Printing Views, charts and tables.
