Our Basic Introduction Microsoft Outlook course is for anyone who is new to Outlook or who is using Outlook in earlier versions and wants to learn about the new 2007 version.
Outlook 2007 has not had its menus replaced by the new 'ribbons' seen for the first time in other Office 2007 programs. However, it has sufficient of a new look to make it appear quite a change from earlier versions.
This course takes one day on-site, normally between 9:30am and 4:30pm.
Competence in the use of the mouse, keyboard and windows. Awareness of basic computer principles like files, folders and filing.
For current users of Outlook, some of the topics dealing with basics can be dropped in favour of concentration on more advanced use of the software.
