Our one-day Project Introduction training course provides the quickest way to get started with Microsoft Project.
The DMW Project Intermediate training course reprises key topics from the introductory course and introduces additional techniques for representing more complex projects and managing multiple projects.
Many clients like to combine the Introduction and Intermediate courses into a single two-day course. An advantage in this is that key topics receive additional coverage.
For clients who already use Project and simply want to fill gaps in their knowledge of the software, DMW runs an intensive one-day course which takes topics from both the Introduction and Intermediate courses.
The intensive course is suitable for anyone who already uses Project 2003 and who intends converting to Project 2010. Project 2010 represents a significant change in respect to the user's interaction with the program resulting from the adoption of the user interface ribbon.
